Project Delays: Contractor shall not be held responsible for project delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, client-requested changes, acts of God, material supply chain issues, or unforeseen site conditions. Any such delays may result in an extension of the project timeline and additional costs, to be approved by the client in writing.
Legal Protection: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the contractor from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from existing conditions on the property or from the client’s failure to provide accurate information regarding the project site. The client acknowledges that this proposal and any agreed-upon changes constitute a legally binding agreement upon acceptance.
