Contractor Indemnification Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into as of this by and between the Property Owner and the Contractor .

The Contractor agrees to perform work (the “Work”) at the property located at .

The Contractor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Property Owner, their agents, and employees from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising out of or resulting from the performance of the Work. This includes, without limitation, any and all claims for property damage or personal injury (including death) sustained on or to the Property, to the extent caused by the negligent acts, errors, or omissions of the Contractor or its subcontractors, employees, or agents.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of the Work and shall not be limited by any amount of insurance coverage required or provided by the Contractor.
